These rights apply only to eligible users and non-GLBA-covered data.
LoiNow does not sell personal information, and we provide transparent opt-out options for any applicable data sharing.
1. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
You may exercise the following privacy rights:
A. Right to Know / Access
You may request:
- Categories of personal information collected
- Specific pieces of personal information collected
- Purpose for collecting the information
- Categories of third parties with whom information is shared
B. Right to Delete
You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
Exceptions include:
- Fraud prevention
- Federal lending recordkeeping requirements
- Security incident detection
- Compliance with GLBA and state lending laws
C. Right to Correct Inaccurate Information
You may request corrections to:
- Contact details
- Business information
- Loan-related data
- Uploaded documentation
We will take commercially reasonable steps to correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
D. Right to Opt-Out of “Sharing” for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
LoiNow does not sell personal information.
To the extent any third-party service could qualify as “sharing” under CPRA definitions, you may opt-out using the method below.
E. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
LoiNow does not use sensitive personal data (e.g., financial account numbers, SSNs) for advertising or profiling.
Sensitive data, when voluntarily submitted, is used solely for:
- Identity verification
- Underwriting
- Compliance with lending regulations
- Fraud prevention
F. Right to Non-Discrimination
LoiNow will never:
- Deny services
- Increase prices
- Provide lower service quality
…because you exercised your privacy rights.
2. How to Submit a Privacy Request

Include:
- Your full name
- Email address used with LoiNow
- Description of your request
We will verify identity before processing.
3. Verification Process
For your protection, LoiNow must confirm your identity using:
- Matching email address
- Business information previously provided
- Document verification (if needed)
We cannot release information without identity confirmation.
4. Authorized Agents
California residents may appoint an Authorized Agent to submit requests.
We may require:
- Written authorization
- Proof of agent identity
- Direct verification from the consumer
5. Response Times
We respond to verified requests within:
- 45 days (standard)
- 90 days (if an extension is necessary)
You will be notified if additional time is required.
6. GLBA Exemptions
Because LoiNow provides business-purpose financial services, certain data falls under GLBA and is exempt from CCPA/CPRA.
Exempt data includes:
- Loan application information
- Underwriting information
- Business-purpose financial data
- Any data collected for federal compliance
For these categories, rights may not apply.
7. Cookie & Tracking Choices
You may control cookies using:
- Browser settings
- Private browsing modes
- Disabling third-party analytics

8. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
LoiNow currently does not respond to DNT browser settings, consistent with industry practices.
9. Children’s Privacy
LoiNow does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
