LoiNow DOES NOT provide:

Borrowers must certify business-purpose intent in compliance with:
- TILA business-purpose exemptions
- SAFE Act business-purpose exclusions
- Dodd-Frank commercial lending guidelines
2. No Guarantee of Approval
All loans remain subject to complete underwriting, including review of:
- Borrower qualifications
- Collateral property information
- Market conditions
- Third-party reports (title, appraisal, insurance)
- Fraud and compliance checks
LoiNow may decline or modify any loan request at its sole discretion.
Submitted loan inquiries, emails, or calls do not constitute approval.
3. Non-Binding Loan Terms

- Rate
- Term
- Leverage (LTV/LTC/ARV %)
- Loan Estimate
- Letter of Intent (“LOI”)
- Verbal indication
is not a commitment to lend.
Binding terms require execution of final loan documents after underwriting approval.
4. Accuracy of Information Provided by You
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Avoid submitting fraudulent or misleading documents
- Notify LoiNow of changes to your financial or property information
Providing inaccurate information may delay or void your loan request.
5. Use of the Site and Services
You may not use LoiNow.com for:
- Illegal conduct
- Misrepresentation of loan purpose
- Data scraping or automated extraction
- Manipulation of security systems
- Uploading malicious files or harmful code
LoiNow reserves the right to restrict or terminate access without notice.
