DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

LoiNow.com (“LoiNow,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. This DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy explains how copyright owners may report alleged infringements and how LoiNow will respond.
If you believe that any material available on or through LoiNow.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a valid DMCA Notice as described below.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may request removal of infringing content by sending a written DMCA Notice to:

Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request
Your DMCA Notice MUST include the following elements (per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, including exact URLs.
- Your full legal name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Example closing statement (required):
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.”
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice:
- We will review the claimed infringement.
- We may temporarily remove or restrict access to the content.
- We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable).
- We may terminate repeat infringers in compliance with DMCA requirements.
3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed in Error)
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notice.

Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notice
A valid Counter-Notice MUST include:
- Identification of the removed material and its original URL.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in the state of LoiNow’s primary operations.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Required language:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice:
- We will forward it to the original complaining party.
- If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
LoiNow may suspend or terminate users who:
- Submit infringing content repeatedly
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Abuse Site tools or communication forms
LoiNow complies fully with the DMCA’s repeat infringer requirements.
5. Misrepresentations (Legal Warning)
Under the DMCA:
- Knowingly submitting a false takedown notice, or false counter-notice, may lead to civil penalties, including attorney fees and damages.
- Submitting fraudulent claims may result in termination of access to LoiNow.com.
